Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a growth multiplier — raise the ceiling of what the team believes is possible
- Build, manage, and continuously grow a world-class professional services team
- Provide hands-on leadership, technical direction, and mentorship
- Oversee successful delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across multiple engagement models
- Communicate with clarity, concision, and impact across diverse audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18+ years of experience in a consulting firm or professional services division of a software company
- Strong Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds
- Track record of at least 5 successful Salesforce cloud project implementations
- Proven ability to sell solutions at the C-level and consistently deliver revenue targets with accurate forecasting
- Degree or equivalent proven experience
