About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive adoption of Agentforce Field Service and Operations platform
- Support the development of a multi-release roadmap for successful product adoption
- Measure adoption and define success targets
- Collaborate with product leaders and report progress monthly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years experience influencing and advising senior leaders and decision makers
- 5+ years of Salesforce (or similar) implementation consulting
- 5+ years experience in outbound/inbound product management or sales engineering delivering SaaS/cloud solutions
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles. MBA is a plus.
