About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage core operational workflows supporting Talent Development programs
- Manage enrollment, participant tracking, communications, and documentation across multiple initiatives
- Maintain and update systems related to career paths, learning records, and program tracking
- Support the documentation, version control, and system updates for leveling guides and career path frameworks
- Develop and manage communications templates and standardized assets for program launches and updates
- Ensure operational readiness for program delivery
- Provide onsite support for in-person learning programs
- Support the project management of Talent Development initiatives using tools such as Asana and Slack
- Identify risks, gaps, or delays and proactively escalate or propose solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, talent development/learning, HR, or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, AI and reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
