About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Influence business and talent priorities through strong executive relationships and professional credibility
- Lead organizational design efforts in high-growth and transformation environments
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business goals, product roadmaps, and technical strategies that impact workforce planning and organization design
- Assess leadership capability and accelerate development within highly technical, product-driven environments
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR/ES teams to design and implement scalable people initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of HR/ES business partner experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or related field strongly preferred
- Strong talent assessment and leadership development capabilities in engineering and product environments
- Deep HR/ES business partner experience diagnosing complex organizational challenges and mobilizing effective solutions
