Key responsibilities & impact- Review, negotiate, draft, and drive fast turnaround times on high-value agreements (across all industries and sectors other than Public Sector)
- Work closely with sales, privacy, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution
- Ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school/university; licensed to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience, with strong focus on commercial contracting in technology transactions.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in technology transactions, including SaaS, cloud, AI, and professional services.
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and demanding industry.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Familiar with and interested in technical concepts (Web applications, cloud computing, digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence).
- A can-do attitude—proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally, and a team-first mindset.
