Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic engine that translates product innovation into scalable revenue.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product and Pricing Operations professionals.
Act as a key advisor to executive stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, and Product.
Own the "Operational Readiness" checklist for all Product Line launches.
Partner with Product and Business leadership to analyze resource capacity versus roadmap demands.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation and testing of new product configurations.
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex pricing models and discounting frameworks.
Identify and lead large-scale process improvements to reduce friction in the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, with at least 3+ years in a people-management capacity.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification is highly preferred) and price book architecture.
Proven track record in Release Management and Capacity Planning within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, or SQL) with the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma) to handle multi-quarter, cross-departmental initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
