About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategic engine that translates product innovation into scalable revenue.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product and Pricing Operations professionals.
  • Act as a key advisor to executive stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, and Product.
  • Own the "Operational Readiness" checklist for all Product Line launches.
  • Partner with Product and Business leadership to analyze resource capacity versus roadmap demands.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and testing of new product configurations.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex pricing models and discounting frameworks.
  • Identify and lead large-scale process improvements to reduce friction in the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, with at least 3+ years in a people-management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification is highly preferred) and price book architecture.
  • Proven track record in Release Management and Capacity Planning within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, or SQL) with the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
  • Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma) to handle multi-quarter, cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
