About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core compliance investments in Trust
  • Establish a repeatable, data-driven framework for prioritizing sovereign cloud initiatives
  • Develop a flexible sovereignty framework ranging from data residency to air-gapped implementations
  • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce product and platform architecture
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational coordination for successful delivery of initiatives
  • Evangelize product capabilities, compliance features, and strategic vision internally and externally
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers and development team members
  • Drive improvements to product management best practices
  • Present Public Sector product capabilities, vision, and roadmap to customers and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7+ years of product management experience
  • Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Experience operating effectively in highly matrixed, complex organizational environments
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps
  • Deep experience with Cloud technologies across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
  • Deep familiarity with Confidential Computing, Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), and cryptographic attestation
  • Experience product managing disconnected or air-gapped cloud regions
  • Strong security and compliance expertise across U.S. and international regulatory environments
  • In-depth knowledge of global data sovereignty and residency requirements
  • Familiarity with major frameworks such as EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework and FedRAMP.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship.
