- Interview subject matter experts, practitioners, and leaders to:

- Uncover stories that go beyond surface-level success
- Author flagship thought leadership, guides, and long-form content that:
- Builds a repeat audience
- Feels editorial (not promotional)
- Positions Salesforce as a leader in AI and the Agentic Enterprise

- Generate and refine story ideas
- Accelerate drafting and iteration
- Synthesize complex inputs from multiple stakeholders

- Maintain editorial standards
- Create and adapt content across formats, including:

- Identify how to tailor stories for:

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles, ideally in AI, SaaS, or technical domains
- Strong understanding of AI, software, or enterprise technology concepts
- Demonstrated ability to write and publish high-quality, differentiated content that translates technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to:
- Develop distinctive story angles
- Interview SMEs and extract meaningful insights
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Experience incorporating competitive and market insights into content strategy
- Experience or strong interest in:
- AI tools for content creation and workflow acceleration
- Building scalable content systems (templates, prompts, frameworks)
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams
