About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at Fortune 1000 companies, helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.
- Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
- Lead architectural modernization efforts, bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
- Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows, automate decision-making, and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
- Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs to share best practices, patterns, and platform innovation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap based on real-world enterprise needs.
- Publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models that enable repeatable success across verticals.
- Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including agentic workflow design, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management across enterprise deployments.
- Define AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible, compliant, and auditable AI adoption — including model risk management, bias evaluation, and ethical AI guardrails.
- Support strategic pre-sales engagements by influencing enterprise architecture decisions and accelerating platform adoption across high-value pursuits.
- Provide architectural governance and delivery oversight on complex implementations, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and platform best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
- Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices in enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org / hybrid cloud architectures.
- Passion for community-building—mentoring architects, hosting forums, and codifying best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to lead architectural conversations at both strategic and technical levels.
- Experience with Agentforce and Agent Builder, including designing, deploying, and governing autonomous agents in enterprise environments.
- Deep industry vertical fluency in one or more sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare) to contextualize architecture recommendations for enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms — particularly MuleSoft — and the ability to design robust, scalable data and API strategies across complex enterprise landscapes.
