About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and Project Manage the delivery of annual compensation cycles, including data prep, system uploads, validation, and post-cycle audits.
  • Maintain and analyze compensation data across HR systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom) to ensure accuracy and readiness for planning processes.
  • Manage and optimize Job Architecture Management (JAM) process in Workday.
  • Generate reporting for HR, Finance, and Compensation partners; assist in dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support global compensation deliverables (e.g., bonus payouts, equity refresh, off-cycle requests).
  • Document and optimize compensation delivery processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting for compensation tools.
  • Help support the compensation aspects of M&A activities, such as data collection and harmonization support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or data analytics
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom, SAP)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data integrity
  • Experience with AI tools (Slack AI, Agents, etc.) strongly preferred.
