About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and Project Manage the delivery of annual compensation cycles, including data prep, system uploads, validation, and post-cycle audits.
Maintain and analyze compensation data across HR systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom) to ensure accuracy and readiness for planning processes.
Manage and optimize Job Architecture Management (JAM) process in Workday.
Generate reporting for HR, Finance, and Compensation partners; assist in dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support global compensation deliverables (e.g., bonus payouts, equity refresh, off-cycle requests).
Document and optimize compensation delivery processes and standard operating procedures.
Participate in system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting for compensation tools.
Help support the compensation aspects of M&A activities, such as data collection and harmonization support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or data analytics
Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom, SAP)
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data integrity
Experience with AI tools (Slack AI, Agents, etc.) strongly preferred.
