About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with our Customers and Partners during the project lifecycle
Share extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and product suite
Drive towards the best possible solutions
Paint a solution vision, architect the system and provide guidance during implementation
Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements
Build relationships with key collaborators and team members
Act as lead architect for the overall engagement by coordinating and aligning work of multiple architects on the team
Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation
Review and guide project vision and direction, implementation approach and key artefacts
Direct early solution evaluation, including proactive management of issues and effective engagement with executives
Direct and mentor diverse teams in technical delivery aspects
Identify, lead or contribute to internal initiatives and community volunteering activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in the Public Sector/Health industry is an advantage
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture including Cloud, Integration Technologies, Master Data Management
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Experience in guiding customers and project members in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
Experience based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs
Ability to rapidly ramp on Salesforce product via certifications and scenarios and continue the interest to learn and ramp up on an ongoing basis
