About the role
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is always transparent, visible, and understood.
- Lead the translation of high-level business requirements into detailed, INVEST-compliant user stories and epics.
- Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for every story to ensure the development team has a 'Definition of Ready' before execution.
- Assist in author functional design specification documents to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
- Champion AI maturity across teams.
- Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Actively lead or participate in all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Communicate the product strategy and roadmap to both the development team and business partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile environment or similar consulting experience
- Expert-level understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
- Hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud, Slack, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
