About the role
- Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including surveys, market research, and past studies.
- Assist with aligning benchmark data from internal/external partners to compare against past time-boxing survey data to share across the business.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Create compelling data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support as needed for specific market segments and roles.
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical, and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, or Research Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sheets).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with survey data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Expert-level knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, including an understanding of how the platform solves business problems.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
- Past experience with survey tools, Survey Monkey, Quatrics.
