About the role

  • Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations
  • Owning the business operational model and cadence
  • Planning for future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives
  • Assisting our sales leaders and managers in weekly activities and projects including business planning, sales governance, pipeline analysis, sales coverage optimization, ongoing sales performance measurement
  • Delivering robust analytic models, custom performance analysis and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Engineering, Econ, CS); Master's preferred
  • 2–4 years in analytical roles (Consulting, Finance, or SaaS)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx preferred
  • Strong logical reasoning; ability to spot trends and "the why" within large, complex datasets
  • High autonomy and curiosity; a "get-it-done" attitude in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to distill technical findings into clear, actionable updates for the business
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a desirable plus
