About the role
- Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations
- Owning the business operational model and cadence
- Planning for future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives
- Assisting our sales leaders and managers in weekly activities and projects including business planning, sales governance, pipeline analysis, sales coverage optimization, ongoing sales performance measurement
- Delivering robust analytic models, custom performance analysis and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Engineering, Econ, CS); Master's preferred
- 2–4 years in analytical roles (Consulting, Finance, or SaaS)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx preferred
- Strong logical reasoning; ability to spot trends and "the why" within large, complex datasets
- High autonomy and curiosity; a "get-it-done" attitude in ambiguous situations
- Ability to distill technical findings into clear, actionable updates for the business
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a desirable plus
