About the role

  • Lead the transformation of how data defines, measures, and scales global sales enablement
  • Drive the long-term vision and strategy for Performance Analytics, establishing the function as a global Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Architect and lead the implementation of a single, globally recognized framework to measure enablement effectiveness
  • Own the design, launch, and iteration of the ‘ AE Readiness Index’ across all 15 Operating Units (OUs)
  • Embed success metrics into the core enablement operating model
  • Work cross functionally with data, technology and business user teams to drive the development roadmap

Requirements

  • 12+ years in business or technology consulting with a proven track record of leading large scale performance and analytics initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging industry-standard analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate large datasets
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling, high-level narratives for executive stakeholders and 'Executive Packs' for standardization
  • Exceptional ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines and navigate complex global organizations
