Key responsibilities & impact

Take on the unique challenge of transforming difficult technical concepts into simple presentations
Partner directly with Product and executive stakeholders to co-develop strategic narratives
Act as the visual interpreter for complex system architectures

Serve as the technical storytelling partner for major Marketing-led initiatives
Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy in keynotes and enablement materials
Provide clear direction to partners across teams, ensuring a single, aligned story

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic consulting, or product marketing roles
Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides / PowerPoint / Keynote
Proven ability to quickly consume, process, and understand highly technical subject matter
A natural storyteller who is obsessed with clarity and proof
Deep understanding of the Customer Success journey
