About the role

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Analytics Specialist AEs across LATAM
  • Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings; engage corporate resources as needed
  • Act as a strategic overlay partner to Core Sales leadership, maximizing Analytics opportunity across the account base
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team on strategies to drive closure
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Consistently supervise sales activity and track results
  • Define and execute the Analytics GTM strategy for the region, aligned to the Specialist overlay model
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Enablement to keep the team equipped with updated positioning and assets
  • Represent Salesforce in executive-level customer conversations and influence strategic and analytics decisions
  • Drive Analytics as integrated component of the Salesforce value proposition

Requirements

  • 15+ years of software sales experience in individual contributor and management roles, including 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven record of exceeding quota and generating pipeline in an enterprise software environment
  • Solid experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data solutions, with deep knowledge of the LATAM market
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a strong differentiator
  • Experience in Specialist/overlay selling model, with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to manage a business of $30M+ in recurring revenue across the region
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to engage C-level audiences
  • Advanced English required
