About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leading a team of Business Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, or Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals
- formulate and implement a strategy to increase business growth
- work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR
- define and implement plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives
- coach your team to develop in their careers
- inspire your team to do the best work of their life
- create Industry Specific Pipeline Programs to drive Pipeline and Revenue
- report on Team/Individual Results - Pipeline Generation, Quality of Pipeline, Revenue Forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ yrs of sales leadership experience developing a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Strong background in leading sales teams
- Shown ability to create hard-working teams and lead them to success
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment.
