About the role

  • Serve as a technical anchor for the Vulnerability Management team
  • Drive technical strategy for automating vulnerability management
  • Collaborate with security engineers, product teams, and infrastructure partners
  • Own the technical architecture and roadmap for vulnerability management tooling
  • Lead design and development of high-quality, scalable engineering solutions
  • Define and evolve metrics and reporting frameworks for program effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security automation in development lifecycle
  • Identify systemic gaps and propose solutions
  • Provide technical mentorship and contribute to architectural decisions

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card holder)
  • 8+ years of industry software engineering experience
  • Deep proficiency in Python
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end engineering projects
  • Solid understanding of vulnerability management concepts
  • Experience building or maintaining integrations with security tooling
  • Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working across teams and communicating technical concepts clearly
