About the role
- Serve as the primary FBP for the EVP of Customer Success Offers & Operations, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across their org
- Prepare and deliver financial analyses, scenario modeling, and insights to support executive-level decision-making
- Partner closely with the EVP's leadership team to identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs across headcount, program spend, and operational investments
- Act as the dedicated finance business partner for the Informatica Customer Success org and its EVP leader, who oversees all Informatica CS functions post-acquisition
- Support the financial integration of Informatica CS into Salesforce's CS reporting framework, including expense forecasting, headcount mapping, and alignment with CS M&A on org structure and P&L rollup
- Build and maintain expense models for the Informatica CS team, partnering with transitional finance resources to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer
- Serve as the single point of contact on the CS F&S team for all Informatica-related finance inquiries, working cross-functionally with CS M&A, Corporate Finance, and Product Finance as needed
- Support OU-level P&L reporting and analysis, helping to surface insights across Customer Success operating units
- Contribute to cross-CS efficiency initiatives, including location strategy analysis, and margin improvement efforts
- Manage and track Program Spend and T&E budgets across CS functions, ensuring alignment to approved plans and identifying favorability or risk
- Support NNAOV reporting and analysis - helping to connect CS financial performance to the organization's key growth metric
- Provide ad hoc financial support to the broader CS F&S team on special projects, business reviews, and executive presentations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, preferably in a large-scale technology or SaaS company
- Solid financial modeling skills, including headcount planning, expense forecasting, and budget management
- Experience supporting executive-level business partners with strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into clear, business-relevant narratives
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights/Workday Adaptive Planning) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity - particularly in integration or transition contexts where processes and org structures are still evolving
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Finance, People, Strategy, and business operations teams
- Understanding of P&L drivers in a cloud/SaaS environment, including revenue allocation, cost management, and margin analysis
