About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Employ your wealth of sales knowledge, with new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to drive Agentforce & Data 360 growth at current and new customers
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Data 360 & Agentforce’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce & Data 360 across both technical and business partners
  • Highlight how our solutions align seamlessly with clients' long-term strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales
  • Deep understanding of Data, AI, and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with Data & AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud)
  • Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients
  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales
