- Collaborate weekly with COO teams supporting CSM and CSAL
- Lead preparation of content for high-stakes Success and Sales meetings; partner with Business Partners on Customer Success metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
- Strong relationship-building with senior leaders (VPs)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to distill complex details into executive presentations
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Highly recommended Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
