- Understand business needs and translate into clear requirements

- Lead UAT business planning and execution
- Support the Features & Enhancements program lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, or focus in Project/Program management
- Executes complete work independently as a strong team contributor
- Structures own work to meet all deadlines, able to shoulder additional workload
- Attentive to others’ points of view and possesses good collaboration skills
- Demonstrates use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems
- Ability to develop strong relationships with team members
- Experience with and understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or software implementation lifecycle

- Proven success and experience with a complex, enterprise-wide project
- Bachelors’ degree in business, computer science or related field
