What you’ll need

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, or focus in Project/Program management
Executes complete work independently as a strong team contributor
Structures own work to meet all deadlines, able to shoulder additional workload
Attentive to others’ points of view and possesses good collaboration skills
Demonstrates use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems
Ability to develop strong relationships with team members
Experience with and understanding of the Salesforce platform
Strong documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or software implementation lifecycle
