About the role
- Identify, recommend, operationalize & measure sales programs targeting areas of new revenue and attrition risk.
- Work closely with aligned sales teams, serving as an extension of their team.
- Summarize and communicate the impact, successes, and improvement opportunities of the Sales Programs team to senior leadership.
- Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects, and help to drive the overall strategy forward.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or related fields
- Proven success in developing pipeline & building cross functional relationships
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
