About the role
- Leading a diverse team across Germany and Austria of Account Executives selling the entire Agentforce Revenue Management portfolio across multiple verticals in the same region.
- Formulate and implement a strategy to increase business growth.
- Ensure cross-company engagement and orchestration with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR.
- Responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas.
- Define and implement plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire them to do the best work.
- Hire, Train, and Develop a team into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions.
- Create Industry Specific Pipeline Programs to drive Pipeline and Revenue.
- Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives.
- Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting.
- Make recommendations on process improvements.
- Manage and close strategic Agentforce Revenue Management deals with your team members.
- Work directly with C-level executives to align solutions with their business objectives.
Requirements
- Many years experience in sales + people leading experience developing a team of quota carrying sales people.
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Strong experience in leading sales teams
- Shown ability to create hard-working teams and lead them to success
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
- Integration/API market awareness (preferred)
- Experience with CPQ, billing, or ERP systems (Salesforce CPQ, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) (preferred)
- Background in SaaS, subscription, or usage-based business models (preferred)
- Experience selling into regulated industries or complex manufacturing/distribution environments (preferred)
- Understanding of AI and automation in revenue operations (preferred)
