About the role

  • Serve as the analytical point person on compensation-related matters for assigned M&A deals
  • Support acquisitions by partnering closely with Global Total Rewards and Compensation teams
  • Conduct job evaluations, assessing the cost impact of integrating compensation, benefits, and stock programs
  • Lead data management workstreams by handling large employee data sets
  • Own the delivery of data solutions by synthesizing complex data sets into actionable narratives
  • Lead project management efforts for compensation integration milestones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, advanced formulas, and data analysis functions)
  • Expert capability in using data visualization tools like Tableau to build dynamic dashboards for enterprise-level solutions
  • Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR technology platforms is highly preferred
  • Developing HR compensation programs and familiarity with global/local labor and compensation legal requirements.
