About the role
- Serve as the analytical point person on compensation-related matters for assigned M&A deals
- Support acquisitions by partnering closely with Global Total Rewards and Compensation teams
- Conduct job evaluations, assessing the cost impact of integrating compensation, benefits, and stock programs
- Lead data management workstreams by handling large employee data sets
- Own the delivery of data solutions by synthesizing complex data sets into actionable narratives
- Lead project management efforts for compensation integration milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, advanced formulas, and data analysis functions)
- Expert capability in using data visualization tools like Tableau to build dynamic dashboards for enterprise-level solutions
- Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR technology platforms is highly preferred
- Developing HR compensation programs and familiarity with global/local labor and compensation legal requirements.
