About the role
- Partner closely with senior leaders to influence priorities
- Drive day-to-day execution including forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Assist the team in gathering data and preparing materials for the annual planning cycle
- Support the regional bookings forecasting process and maintain data hygiene
- Maintain and update standard business health reports and dashboards
- Participate in initiatives to simplify and automate existing processes
Requirements
- Foundational experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion
