About the role

  • Implement intelligent, autonomous AI agents into Salesforce environments
  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Agentforce-powered agents
  • Define and orchestrate agent actions and perform continuous testing in customer environments
  • Translate complex business requirements into concrete, high-level technical solution designs
  • Define data architecture, data quality standards, and governance protocols
  • Build and maintain technical documentation and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture principles
  • Advanced or expert knowledge of Salesforce, Agentforce, and AI concepts
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar enterprise data integration platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Agent Studio/Einstein Bots
  • Must hold relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Sales Cloud.
