  • Pivot between pure motion graphics and narrative video editing to create brand content.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within a tech-forward agency or an in-house SaaS creative team.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, C4D and Figma.
  • Competent in prompting and utilizing generative tools to enhance workflow and creative output.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Proven ability to work at speed and navigate ambiguity without losing momentum.
  • Ability to articulate the "why" behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a feedback-rich environment and believe that diverse perspectives improve work.
  • Reliable executor who takes full ownership of tasks, requiring little hand-holding while knowing when to seek feedback or collaboration.
  • Natural ability to tell a cohesive story through video, whether it's a 15-second social clip or a 2-minute product deep dive.
