About the role

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platform
  • Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and operational efficiency.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new Salesforce platform features, enhancements, and internal capabilities.
  • Partner with marketing to develop launch plans, messaging frameworks, and campaign enablement.
  • Equip sales and customer-facing teams with the tools and insights needed to effectively position Salesforce-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, cohesive product narrative that connects platform capabilities to customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (certifications a plus).
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in sales enablement and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
  • Ability to translate technical architecture into business value.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
