About the role
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platform
- Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and operational efficiency.
- Own go-to-market strategy for new Salesforce platform features, enhancements, and internal capabilities.
- Partner with marketing to develop launch plans, messaging frameworks, and campaign enablement.
- Equip sales and customer-facing teams with the tools and insights needed to effectively position Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain a clear, cohesive product narrative that connects platform capabilities to customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (certifications a plus).
- Proven experience leading go-to-market initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in sales enablement and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
- Ability to translate technical architecture into business value.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
