About the role

  • Create and execute talent marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid social media, LinkedIn, events, and career site content to attract top talent to Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to write compelling blogs, draft employee spotlights, and develop marketing collateral that showcases life at Salesforce and our unique culture.
  • Manage backend campaign creation within our CRM platform to track audience reach, engagement, and overall campaign success while ensuring data accuracy and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics across lead generation, content promotion, and event initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to streamline and automate talent marketing workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw insights from campaign metrics.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative attitude—no task is too small.
  • Interest in digital marketing, talent acquisition, and/or employer branding.
