About the role

  • Assist in designing and building "Impact Reports" that showcase the effectiveness of the Agentic Talent function
  • Translate raw data into compelling visualizations that tell a story of how human-agent collaboration is impacting the business
  • Support the evolution of success measure models for the broader Talent org
  • Assist in tracking of V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures) goals through data consolidation and processing
  • Act as a junior data consultant for Talent program managers
  • Help interpret complex metrics and increase data literacy across the team
  • Assist in gathering, validating, and maintaining workforce data from multiple sources
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency to support reliable analysis and reporting
  • Support research initiatives in partnership with the Workforce Intelligence team
  • Maintain clear process documentation and research emerging trends in AI-driven workforce analytics
  • Actively research and suggest ways to automate manual data tasks—"agentifying" internal operations by identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or research-oriented field (e.g., Data Science, I/O Psychology, Business Analytics, or Computer Science)
  • Class of May 2027
  • A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and how "agentic" workflows can transform traditional talent functions
  • Experience cleaning and organizing data (e.g., merging data sets, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics)
  • Strong written and verbal skills to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders through storytelling
  • A "systems-thinking" mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process and system improvements through a data-driven lens
  • Ability to partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and HR Technology
