About the role

  • Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Support extensive GTM planning process and pivotal initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency, review, and market segmentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, recruiting, field enablement/programs, Employee Success, etc.
  • Collaborate with our global strategy teams supporting the HVS and CMRCL businesses.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience, in a highly analytical role or strategy department
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient SQL skills or ability to learn them
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
