About the role

  • Lead a high-visibility team of tenured Account Executives focused on our most strategic Manufacturing Enterprise customers in Germany.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that transform how the manufacturing industry engages with technology to generate business value.
  • Recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier sales talent.
  • Provide active mentorship, helping team members master the art of value-based selling and career progression.
  • Implement rigorous sales methodologies while maintaining emotional intelligence to lead a human-centric organization.
  • Develop and implement the GTM strategy for your territory, aligning local execution with global corporate objectives.
  • Support Account Executives by leading high-level client meetings and mobilizing internal corporate resources to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Lead weekly revenue forecast meetings and provide transparent reporting on sales activity to ensure business predictability.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and training to bridge skills gaps and ensure the team is equipped for the future.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B application or solution sales, specifically within the SaaS/Cloud platform space.
  • Deep experience in the Manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of the digital challenges facing German enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales team, with the ability to apply management theories to real-world sales environments.
  • A "hunter" mindset with deep knowledge of how to break into and win new strategic enterprise accounts or their divisions.
  • A solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, our product suite, and our value proposition to the manufacturing sector.
  • Unwavering commitment to the Salesforce Code of Conduct, leading with integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Full professional fluency in both German and English is required for this region.
  • A consistent and documented history of exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
