About the role
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for strategic and virtual events, including audience targeting, channel mix, messaging approach, and performance optimization.
- Independently develop and execute email and paid media campaigns, ensuring precision in build, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Lead campaign planning and execution to drive registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline, with clear success metrics and accountability.
- Translate audience insights, performance data, and business priorities into actionable demand generation strategies that refine event value propositions and targeting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for demand generation across assigned events, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Build and manage campaign plans, bills of materials, and marketing requests across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Slack, and related systems with a high bar for accuracy and completeness.
- Establish and maintain repeatable, scalable campaign frameworks that can be leveraged across the strategic events portfolio.
- Partner with performance marketing and analytics teams to define reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze results and surface insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Own post-event performance reporting, ensuring data integrity and clear storytelling tied to business outcomes.
- Drive the deployment and optimization of event websites and registration flows to maximize conversion and audience readiness.
- Act as a proactive problem solver—identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and continuously raising the quality and effectiveness of demand generation programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or audience acquisition
- Proven experience owning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email and paid media required)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal oversight
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control; consistently produces accurate, polished, and well-executed campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience using performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies and use cases, including audience segmentation, personalization, predictive insights, and campaign optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, results, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Highly proactive, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience supporting virtual events, webinars, or large-scale digital programs strongly preferred.
