About the role

  • Leverage your prior hands-on experience with Salesforce to build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and engaging workshops.
  • Serve as a credible, articulate advisor to IT and business decision-makers.
  • Instill confidence in our technology infrastructure and proactively overcome technical objections.
  • Respond effectively to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and support our sales teams.
  • Confidently articulate the value and adoption of our evolving AI capabilities as they apply to customer solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and commit to continuous learning and certification within Salesforce’s evolving portfolio.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in either German or French is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven, tangible experience with the Salesforce platform, also in terms of architecture, integration, data management.
  • Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.
  • Eager to explore new technologies and enjoy learning and testing in a hands-on manner.
  • Outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in high-stakes, customer-facing environments.
  • A background or keen interest in the Retail, Luxury and/or Consumer Goods industries.
