About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Product Marketing, Product, and Field Marketing leaders, ensuring event strategies align with business priorities and launches.
  • Lead quarterly planning and business reviews with Salesforce product and industry partners across campaigns, field, and product marketing to align priorities and update holistic event plans.
  • Define the strategic presence of Salesforce product and industry solutions across the full event portfolio — from Campground activations to content tracks and ancillary events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Operations, Content Strategy and Operations, Event Demand Generation, Enablement and Pipeline Programs teams to deliver integrated experiences.
  • Drive experience innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling emerging priorities or activations.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for Salesforce product and industry solutions.
  • Develop pre-event overviews and post-event recaps highlighting participation, presence, and impact.
  • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability across international events.
  • Track, analyze, and share event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Present updates and outcomes to stakeholders, including PMM, Sales, Product, and Strategic Events leadership.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in event marketing and/or experience design and strategy (technology industry a plus)
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to interpret multiple, competing data points and priorities to provide data-driven decision making
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
  • Willingness to travel for key global events
