About the role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that enable Salesforce Product Engineering initiatives.
- Partner with Salesforce Product Engineering teams to define program vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize technology processes, workflows, and tools.
- Translate Salesforce Product Engineering goals and use cases into detailed technical and functional requirements for data, AI, and technology solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating communication, decision-making, and accountability among executives and technical leaders.
- Cultivate deep, positive, and influential relationships with senior business leaders and technical teams across organizational boundaries, effectively prioritizing, unblocking, and removing systemic cross-team impediments at scale.
- Define, track, and communicate key Program KPIs, providing transparent reporting that measures progress against strategic business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs that deliver scalable technology, data, or AI-driven solutions, and driving programs from concept through delivery.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and how they integrate to offer comprehensive solutions to our prospects and customers.
- Proven experience working with global teams across multiple cultures, time zones, departments, and functions.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical, and non-technical team members.
- Ability to anticipate problems, develop mitigation plans, and effectively escalate gaps to leaders.
- Flexibility and agility in shifting direction quickly as priorities change.
- Strong problem-solving skills, process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness.
- Analytical thinker willing to make cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter; willing to dig in and get the job done with minimal guidance.
