About the role
- Define and execute a compelling vision for the AMER business
- Drive outstanding performance across the sales organization while fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact across Salesforce
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success, and Recruiting to optimize resources
- Support the development and execution of Informatica’s long-term growth strategy
- Identify new opportunities, expand business channels, and cultivate strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth and market expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team
Requirements
- Deep expertise in infrastructure software, data integration and management, cloud technologies, and/or data analytics
- Proven experience leading third- or fourth-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvements in high-growth environments
- Extensive experience managing relationships within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple business units
- Strong operational and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
