About the role

  • Define and execute a compelling vision for the AMER business
  • Drive outstanding performance across the sales organization while fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact across Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success, and Recruiting to optimize resources
  • Support the development and execution of Informatica’s long-term growth strategy
  • Identify new opportunities, expand business channels, and cultivate strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth and market expansion
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in infrastructure software, data integration and management, cloud technologies, and/or data analytics
  • Proven experience leading third- or fourth-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvements in high-growth environments
  • Extensive experience managing relationships within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple business units
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
