About the role

  • Own the execution of global compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles, ensuring flawless delivery across regions
  • Manage day-to-day program and project execution—planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and executive-ready status updates
  • Continuously improve processes and delivery models to elevate efficiency, scalability, and employee experience, leveraging automation and AI where possible
  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand evolving needs, shape program objectives, and translate strategy into action
  • Create and manage program-related projects, proactively adjusting plans, resolving issues, and navigating dependencies to ensure success
  • Anticipate how compensation programs intersect with other initiatives and partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks and drive alignment
  • Maintain compliance with global legal, regulatory, and audit requirements—protecting both the organization and our employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or HR program management
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and modeling; experience with automation and AI is a strong plus
  • Proven experience delivering compensation programs across multiple countries or regions
  • Deep familiarity with compensation tools and HRIS platforms (Workday, Beqom, Anaplan)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite
  • A collaborative, influential style—able to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
