About the role
- Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts
- Partner with clients and collaborate with internal team members and C-level client contacts
- Drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across various Salesforce product lines
- Work on business development, operations, IT strategies, and executive level product demonstrations
- Use research and business assessment capabilities to tackle business problems
Requirements
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
- Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology
