About the role

  • Collaborate with Functional Leads and Analysts to understand QTC process and feature goals, and contribute to the delivery of incremental improvements
  • Assist in the business requirements gathering and documentation process, working with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to analyze and document existing and future processes
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items
  • Support the development of solutions by working with Technical Architects and Product Managers to understand and translate business requirements
  • Assist with project management activities, including tracking requirements, communicating dependencies, and providing status updates
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Salesforce internal QTC systems and processes
  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of business rules and process flows
  • Support the creation of training materials for change management initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and research activities as needed
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
  • Familiarity with Quote to Cash (Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle, Order Management) processes and systems is a plus
  • Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn from subject matter experts
