About the role

  • Manage planning and execution for new acquisitions, with a focus on scaling smaller strategic and tuck-in deals.
  • Coordinate and track integration plans with clear owners and success measures.
  • Partner with Marketing M&A deal leads and Corporate Development during due diligence to gather and analyze marketing information such as org structures, budgets, and MarTech tools.
  • Identifying integration requirements, risks, and opportunities that inform deal and post-close decisions.
  • Design and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and integration playbooks that improve efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across integrations.
  • Act as a liaison across Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring shared understanding, timely decisions, and cohesive execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain integration dashboards and progress reports for Marketing leadership. Track key metrics, identify trends, and communicate outcomes clearly.
  • Manage integration budgets, purchase requests, and spending approvals to maximize cost efficiencies during the integration process.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in marketing operations, program management, or M&A integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate work across multiple teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience running multi-team initiatives.
  • Skilled at building structure and process in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in dynamic, evolving situations.
