About the role
- Serve as the Agentforce GTM expert across product, marketing, and sales translating innovation into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Understand and communicate the Agentforce consumption model, helping sellers and customers navigate pricing, value realization, and Flex Credit opportunities.
- Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs — driving measurable pipeline growth.
- Partner across Corporate Strategy, Core Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Program Management, Strategic Events, and cross-cloud GTM teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Maintain a grasp of the Agentforce product, understanding its architecture, capabilities, and roadmap to inform enablement and messaging.
- Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions.
- Design and deliver compelling enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, etc.) that empower technical and non-technical sellers alike.
- Partner with global go-to-market and distribution leaders to drive adoption, readiness, and pipeline acceleration across all selling teams.
- Develop and maintain repeatable GTM assets — including sales plays, messaging frameworks, competitive content, and demo libraries — aligned to launch and campaign rhythms.
- Communicate sales updates, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment across global teams and product pillars.
- Act as the Agentforce subject matter expert across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, etc.) to ensure unified value messaging and solution positioning.
- Partner with Strategic Events to design and deliver Agentforce experiences at Dreamforce, World Tours, and internal enablement events.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain comfortable with ambiguity, adapting quickly while maintaining clarity, precision, and executional excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or comparable enterprise AI and automation platforms.
- Strong grasp of Agentforce product fundamentals, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Core Product Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align launches, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs to translate GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
- Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of delivering persuasive, executive-ready content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and skill in simplifying complex pricing structures into customer-centric value narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform GTM strategy, measure success, and refine programs.
- Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaborator and influencer, adept at driving alignment across global and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by fast-paced, evolving environments that demand creativity and focus.
