General Counsel

• Lead, review, draft, and negotiate Salesforce partner agreements, including distribution, resale, strategic alliance and go-to-market agreements, under a fast turnaround time with intentional business collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business (Global Partnerships account managers, revenue recognition, partner operations and others) to support the growth of the partnerships business through new programs, smart contracting and scaled processes.
• Provide expeditious, business-savvy legal advice to support on-going partnership efforts while effectively managing legal risk and ensuring compliance across partner programs.
• Identify and implement legal process improvements to support rapid deal closure and creation of new partner programs.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the M&A and Corp Dev teams to integrate or wind-down partners of Salesforce acquisitions into Salesforce programs.
