About the role
- Support the delivery of annual compensation cycles, including data prep, system uploads, validation, and post-cycle audits.
- Maintain and analyze compensation data across HR systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom) to ensure accuracy and readiness for planning processes.
- Manage and optimize Job Architecture Management (JAM) process in Workday.
- Generate reporting for HR, Finance, and Compensation partners; assist in dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support global compensation deliverables (e.g., bonus payouts, equity refresh, off-cycle requests).
- Document and optimize compensation delivery processes and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting for compensation tools.
- Help support the compensation aspects of M&A activities, such as data collection and harmonization support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom, SAP).
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.
- Experience with AI tools (Slack AI, Agents, etc.) strongly preferred.
