About the role

  • Deploy AI and other transformative solutions for defense, intelligence, and aerospace across the Salesforce Agentforce platform
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery—design, develop, implement bespoke solutions, write critical code, configure systems, troubleshoot, and mentor junior teammates
  • Build bespoke AI agents and data pipelines; manage data lifecycle; ensure data ready, secure, and integrated
  • Lead technical engagements; co-design features; mentor; travel 25-50%
  • Enable field operations, asset visibility, command center operations, and secure collaboration through Slack and Government Cloud Plus
  • Drive rapid prototyping and implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience in high-quality, scalable production solutions
  • Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
  • Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
  • Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying advanced AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering techniques, and experience with agentic frameworks
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with proficiency in enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurship, a "get-things-done" attitude, and a focus on fast, impactful delivery, with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee technical aspects of projects
  • Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Must be a U.S. citizen living on U.S. soil who can meet customer and government screening standards
  • Eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance
