About the role
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Requirements
- Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience
- At least 3 years in the field
- Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to build and deliver presentations
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
