Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and maintaining complex software
- Experience using AI development tools and frameworks like Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
- Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
- Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Deep familiarity with developer productivity metrics tracking and improvement, IDE ecosystems and extensions
- Code analysis tools and techniques
- A related technical degree required
