About the role

  • Employ your wealth of sales knowledge, with new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaborate and work closely Salesforce Sales team.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce particularly Agentforce to articulate to our customers how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems.
  • Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Demonstrate your adeptness at leading comprehensive discovery conversations.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess client’s sophisticated business needs.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market and commercial B2B sales
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud)
  • Strong technical selling skills
  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales
